El manga yonkoma se titula Tate no Yuusha no to Aru 1-Nichi, y está dibujado por Akagashi.<img src="https://api.coanime.net/storage/images/2018/09/28/tateyushanichi02.jpg" style="width: 300px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib">Se conoce que Minami se encarga de las ilustraciones de las novelas.&nbsp;Kyuu comenzó una adaptación manga en la revista Monthly Comic Flapper&nbsp;de&nbsp;Media Factory en el 2014 y su octavo tomo recopilatorio se puso a la venta el 22 de abril.<fieldset class="sinopsis"><legend>Sinopsis</legend>Naofumi Iwatani, es un otaku poco carismático que pasa sus días jugando o leyendo manga, cuando de repente es invocado hacia un mundo paralelo. Allí descubre que es uno de los cuatro héroes equipados con armas legendarias y encargados de salvar ese mundo de su destrucción. Como el héroe del escudo, el más débil de todos los héroes, pronto acaba solo, sin un euro, y además traicionado.
